Title: Long-time Hit It Rich player – serious concerns about fairness

I have been playing Hit It Rich on Facebook for many years and have spent a significant amount of money purchasing coins in the game.Recently especially during this month I have made many purchases expecting the advertised bonuses jackpots and opportunities to progress in the game. Unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.For example I activated the “2X Big Wins – Double Payout” feature with a full meter and reached over 1.2T while also purchasing 675B coins. Despite this I did not receive any meaningful wins or bonuses.In addition jackpot cards appear very rarely bonus cards take an extremely long time to trigger and reaching the Top 10 leaderboard seems almost impossible even after many purchases.I have played this game since around 2013 and have supported it financially for many years. Because of this it is very concerning when the game mechanics start to feel unfair or unbalanced for players who spend money.I have already contacted Zynga support and asked them to review my account activity and purchases.Account ID: 31888091373I hope Zynga will review this matter seriously and provide a fair explanation or resolution. I will gladly update this review if the issue is handled properly.Until then I believe other players should be aware of my experience before spending money in Hit It Rich.“If Zynga reviews my account and resolves the issue I will update this review.”

Title: Farewell to a Rigged System - Level 4273 Platinum Player Quitting​As a Level 4273 Platinum player who is just a few steps away from Ruby I am officially quitting today. Despite my extreme loyalty and years of play this game has become a blatant scam. The random card dealing is clearly an algorithm designed to drain chips rather than provide a fair game. I’ve witnessed impossible streaks where the system favors obvious bots or triggers action hands just to force players into All-ins.​Furthermore the pricing is insulting. The chip amounts offered for the prices asked are pathetic and the so-called promotions are completely worthless for high-level players. When you add the outrageous 17.5% rake (system tax) on 20T tables it becomes mathematically impossible to sustain a bankroll even for a veteran at Level 4273. This isnt poker; its a chip-depletion machine. To all players: dont let your time and money be exploited. Im out.

If you can put up with the table monitors and the algorithms that help chip buyers feel good about suck outs it is OK. I have not purchased any chips ever but they have to give me bonuses. Terms of Service makes it legal so they can call it fair play. Still maintaining 1.25 trillion free chips. ☆☆

Failure to protect its app users against scammers

I’d have to give zero stars if possible. This comoany who run the Words for Friends game app have totally failed the public risking their safety on the Scrabble game within the app. It offers ‘Match a Player’ supposedly anyone in the world. What you actually get are scammers with fake IDs on Facebook trying to get friendly very quickly/gain trust/get you to move from messenger to either Telegram/GMail/WhatsApp/email where they can hide more easily. They give sob stories…. Every single one was either a widow/divorcee with a single chid. ALL claim to have amazing skilled jobs as doctors/engineers/Military… ALL are supposedly away in contracts abroad where they have limitations on video calls/texts… to suit themselves. They try and find out if your single/own your own home…ALL claim to be looking for a friendship/long term partner/marriage. All soon to end their contacts… They all use romantic language….overfriendly straight away NONE of the are actually interested in the actual game either! I confided in them that I was onto them… have reported them… some get plain nasty/pretend they don’t know what a scammer is etc. it’s hilarious in some ways. I strongly believe they would have moved to trying to get money from me. Apparently individuals have lost £1000’s. Zynga has had reports from The FederationTrade Commission Better Business Bueau many people affected. I’ve emailed several times about the issue. They have done absolutely nothing to prevent it happening. I suggested they just simply remove the Match A Player! No they just give empty apologies yet do NOTHING even when l told them one scammer threatened that l ‘would die’ after uncovering his scam! It’s outrageous. Zynga needs to clean up its act!

So full of cheaters and losers. It’s soooooo obvious you wonder if it’s a joke. People bet the equivalent of $100 real money with rags like 5 8 off suit and what do you know? They stomp on multiple hands of AA or AK. It’s such a joke. When I started I thought it was some tutorial because I couldn’t loose with AA or KK like every other hand. These people use physiological manipulation to hook you in to buying more and more. It’s part FarmVille part poker just bonuses and mini-games galore. You Win! Bonus millions Yay! Avoid like the plague people. For real don’t even try it out. It’s corporate greed at its finest.

Absolutely terrible poker site

Not a true reflection on poker. When you play there will be one position at table that wins almost every game even with high cardthen on other hand it will put about several potential winning hand on one gameeg flush a straight and a full house plus you will have so many bad beats on the river card my opinion ther better sites avoid this one and dont dont spend money on this s h I t.

Do not play this freaking game!!! If not a paying customer they will let u win up to a certain amount then u lose game after game after game. This is rigged so u purchased coins.

Be honest and stop favoring the ones that purchase coins to play. Have some integrity. The way one loses is so evident its funny. To think that players are that freaking stupid and dont realize their being played...no pun intended

Ripped me off on an in-game bundle

Ripped me off on an in-game bundle. Charged my card but sent no confirmation email. Reported to the only support available where they repeatedly asked for the confirmation email I didn’t get and then ignored me. Will have to chargeback through my bank. Will never use a Zynga product or service again.

Zynga seems to be a scam and the number of times I have lost with 4 of a kind playing Omaha is beyond belief ... not once not twice but many many times. The odds of quads being beaten is 1 in 100000. Zynga has a duty of care to all players and if negligence or cheating is taking place its a very very serious matter.

Zynga should not be allowed to continue to operate. I have sent so many help requests from ZYNGA site for support and got zero replies. I am not the only one. Have been unable to load farmville 2 since November 21 and no one will help. Many cannot open the game. FIX IT OR GET RID OF IT. AT the very least have the courtesy to answer you customers

They have become greedy scammers. I made a purchase of coins in Words With Friends 2 but although my credit card was charged a message in the game said there was a problem and I didnt receive anything. Is this how they make money these days? Also it seems that like Zynga all dishonest companies have removed or hidden their email addresses. The volume of problems and complaints has obviously risen beyond their ability to cope.I hope Im wrong. Well see.

Been playing over 10 years. Seen it all from the added lame sound effects to the having no choice in what level you buy in at a table the current BS option. Yes no longer can a player choose to play at a lower stakes table. Depending on your coin balance you cant play at a table you want to. It baffles my mind as to why this change occurred. Why was this important? When a game forces changes on players its never a good idea. I thought Zynga was run by smart people. I think I might be wrong.

My Zynga account was hacked all my chips and gold was stolen. Every time I start a conversation with customer service they close it. So basically saying go fk yourself were not here to help you with that. If there was an option to give zero stars I would.

Rigged to loose

One of the worst poker games I have played. The game is rigged to make you loose so that you end up buying chips. The amount of flushes that land on the river or straights is insane. People with the worst hands defeating ak aq aj suited. Full houses being beaten by better full houses. I moved around from low tables to high tables the result the same you get the odd win not much then you loose every hand no matter what uou get.

Zynga Poker Cheats

Zynga poker uses an algorithm that guarantees the players that buy chips will eventually lose those chips and in turn some players will buy more chips. I play a lot of cash games in person and have never seen as many bad beats as I have playing zynga poker. I get my chips to play zynga poker by playing the videos that earn chips I dont watch just play while I read or watch TV. I would have to say that if you buy chips you need counseling.

Total bot bullshit

Total bot bullshit. 90% of the time river cards favor the obvious bot—they dont even attempt to disguise fair play. Most often Im playing against a table filled with bots (whether Zynga admits it or not). Any vaguely serious player can tell the difference and know theyre being scammed. The only time you can find a real people game on Zynga is on weekend evenings when a few real folks come around. Those can actually be fun. But otherwise its just blatantly corrupt.
