Zupee may appear to be a gaming platform but my experience suggests otherwise. Im relieved the government banned real-money games as many—including myself—lost hard-earned money. Despite claims of real players it felt like bots dominated the games. Even now with free-entry tournaments offering cash prizes the scores seem unreal and unattainable. Its suspicious that winners always seem to come from one region. I seriously question the legitimacy of these contests and whether anyone outside their circle has ever truly won.

Very poor support – keeps blaming internet issues

I am a regular Zupee user sharing my honest experience. The app often freezes on reconnecting or processing during games making me lose my turn automatically even though my internet/WiFi is perfectly fine.When we complain by email they tell us to use the app. When we complain in the app they give the same copy-paste reply: Check your internet. They don’t take user complaints seriously neither via email nor the app. It feels like users are just being made to run in circles.Zupee’s website only shows positive reviews while hiding real user problems. This misleads new users. It feels like fraud with genuine players.I request the Zupee team to stop ignoring real user complaints and actually investigate these technical issues seriously. I hope they will treat users honestly in the future.
