I had the same problem as the last review my winnings were wiped out because they claimed I placed bets exceeding €3 which is absolutely untrue because I never bet that amount. When I asked them to tell me where they saw these bets they told me to sort it out and check the 1030 pages of bets on my profile. To say theyre dishonest is an understatement. I want to point out that if they tell me theyre sorry for what happened like they did to other users they can slap that false apology wherever they want. Its just meant to show other users of this site that theyre being considerate. However the reality when you contact the chat is quite different. Keep this in mind! There are other more honest casinos where your balance isnt wiped out if you use your deposit bonus.

While I was winning and deposited significant amount of money all my balance got removed. According to them due to terms and conditions being violated as I used deposit bonus. I was playing for a while and when I reached a large win all of my balance got removed and left with my initial deposit. I do not recommend this casino at all much better online casinos out there.
