I am absolute dissapointed annoyed and disgusted by the level of service YouPlayWePlay provides.I purchased syndicate for multiple Euromillion tickets which should go on until April. They removed most of my tickets I already paid for.Then they Disabled my account together with my winnings so far.I have no access my my tickets or to my winnings or no sight of my future already paid for tickets.They havent resolved any of issues I raised with them....but simply Disabled ny account.Absolutely disgusted by them!

Absolute dissapointment and rip off

Not satisfied. My syndicate was fully paid for...and suddenly all of my Tickets dissappeared from YouPlayWePlay system! I reported this and Nothing has been done about it.Games are gona be played and I have no view or access to my syndicate.Not acceptable. Will be reporting this higher up if not resolved ASAP.
