Wanted to withdraw £10. Their page said Minimum withdrawal £10 then underneath sit said you have to e mail them to withdraw it?They are now also requesting that I send them three types of different ID for a £20 withdrawal! Including a copy of my bank card! The gambling commission states they arent allowed to do this they also lied to me and said they cant ask for ID before you deposit!Ridiculous and very unprofessional. Will never use them again.Update: They have now seen copies of my bank card passport bank statement and birth certificate and unbelievably they are still not happy. Everything that was needed was sent. 14 days later they have now come to me and ask why I used my companies (my own company) mobile phone on verification and now told until the phone is in my name (it’s in my personal business name) I won’t be able to withdraw. If you have pending withdrawals you cant deposit. But it allows you to cancel your withdrawal. So I did that . They are clever. They dont let you deposit while waiting a withdrawal because your more than likely to cancel. Sorry this is dishonest and mind playing with people. I lost the £30 but glad I only deposited 10.
