Extremely poor and non existant customer service

Extremely poor customer service after new software and site upgrade its absolutely impossible to get hold of any customers service agents on the chat onsite option whatsapp nor telephonically they dont even reply to emails. What happened was I won promo credits in a competition and since they upgraded their site and software my promo credits are gone it has been a month now and I cannot get hold of any customer service agents via any channel to resolve my matter. Absolutely pathetic.
