Do yourself a favour and read the fine print before you deposit anything here. The website crashes at the worst possible moments. During peak hours the lag becomes unbearable and I have lost count of how many times a game has frozen during a critical moment. For a platform handling real money this level of instability is unforgivable. The FAQ section is outdated and half the links are broken. The help centre articles contradict each other. And when you finally reach a human they seem less informed than the broken FAQ. The whole support infrastructure needs a complete overhaul. Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. Zero trust remaining.

The ethos service and products are amazing. It made a great gift. The only negative thing to say was that there was a label on the outside of the parcel that gave away what the gift was. Despite this I was still very happy (to be fair there was also a lovely fragrance coming from the parcel too).
