Impossible to contact when help needed on free bet.After joining Talksport I had one free bet left from the joining offer to be used on a racing treble. No way could I find out how to use it. I went on chat line and went around in circles with the Virtual Assistant. Tried to send an email and it didnt go. The only way I found out each selection had to be more than 2.0 was from reading a previous one star review when I went on Trust Pilot. I didnt see it anywhere in the Ts and Cs.Also. website not as easy to negotiate as some others.Further to Talksport reply I did contact them through the email address and got a prompt and satisfactory answer.

i have £15 worth of free bet sitting there no matter what i do wont let me use them have to say. when i heard about talksport bet thought it’ll be a great site as i listen everyday but its one of the worse betting sites. i’ve ever used im deleting. was a big mistake joining so the free bet have to be at odds of over 6-1 on each horse thats yours changes reduced i’ll delete the app as its a bloody joke.

False advertising

Signed up for the the Cheltenham £40 free bets then found lots ofHidden T&Cs associated with the “free”bets which other providers don’t do .Complained to talk sport bet as could not use free bets. For example to use the £10 treble on any horse racing market it stipulates in the T&C’s that the bet must exceed odds of 2.0 . The bet I was trying to place exceeded odds of 5.0 however I was later told that each selection within the treble must exceed odds of 2.0 . Nowhere within the T&Cs does it say this this is false advertising and I am escalating the issue until a resolution is found . I will also cease to listen to talkSPORT as a result .I am sure talkSPORT will argue that legally they are ok to continue with this practice but even if this is the case they are deliberately misleading their own customers to get money from them without presenting the facts . This goes against the entire premise of how talkSPORT advertise themselves to their listening market

I had all my free offers like the daily wheels suspended from talk sport and bet Victor and all there sister accounts.I went on to live chat and asked for what reason they had done this and I was told they couldnt tell me. And was given no help buy the man I spoke to on the chat all he wanted to do was end the conversation. I use all 4 of there sites and have put a fair amount of money in talk sport and Im totally disgusted with there decision.I will no longer use any of talk sport bet betvictor parimatch or betano. And I advise everyone else to no join or use there accounts

Wish I could give 0 stars was looking for a bookie and stumbled across it because they were paying to advertise on google it said bet £10 get £30 in free bets I spend the 5-10 minutes signing up then see no offer I contact support they tell me im not eligible for offers anymore even though i made my account 30 seconds ago and couldnt have physically done anything on the site to have the offer removed then support tells me it was a business decision and dont give me the reason stupid scammers avoid and use a better bookie cant be trusted to honor their word wouldnt trust them with my money or bets.

My first and last bet with these was described as: Next PERMANENT Manchester United MANAGER-Outright.... Michael Carrick was employed as a HEAD COACH with a contract until the end of the season AKA Interim Head Coach Talksport bet classed my bet as a loser and when I asked why they quoted their T&Cs saying after 10 games they deem him a manager ? Manchester United official description is Head Coach The wording of the bet is at least poor and at least should say see T&Cs. I wonder what the T&Cs say about the winner of a horse race it only won by a neck so we dont deem that a winner ??
