RTP is non existent. Hacksaw offers the bet increase to increase the chance for a bonus. Chaos crew 3 should be 5x the chance for 5x the price but didn’t get me in for 3 times the cost of the bonus. Then they hit you with the “All games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems meaning every outcome is completely random and based on luck. While this ensures fairness for all customers we appreciate that results can vary and may not always feel rewarding in the short term.” But don’t have a provably fair system to show for it. I don’t recommend it.

when I first signed up for spin genie..i wont lie i liked the site.. I love the games theres always a good selection however my first cash out it took a bit but thats understandable being Im new to the site and they had to approve my bank me and blalh blah blah the whole nine yards . moving I want a few times after that in the withdrawals were no problem they were in my account in and that withdrawals were no problem they were in my account in seconds and then I had just won yesterday a decent amount of money and its been a runaround saying my bank has a hold on it however I called my bank there is no hold on it this is it on their end and they had told me multiple times today that theyre going to get someone to talk to me and Ive yet to hear from someone so if I get my money from themg. i probably be looking for another casino because this is ridiculous I shouldnt have to wait this long for my money that I won however another thing about the site is theres no person just a bot to talk that doesnt really resolve your issue

Bought a Wowcher for £5.50 saying I could get 150 spins at a massive discounted price. Fact is Spin Genie has a 10x wagering requirement so it wasnt a discount at all.If I had paid £15 @ 10p per spin there would have been NO wagering requirement.So imagine the joy of turning the I initial £5 into over £40 only to not be able to cash out and have to keep going only to lose it all.Not happy.

This website stole from me i set up an account played and won $650. The website then asked for extra verification of my documents for my bank which i gave them. They then said that i had breached terms and conditions and closed my account and are refusing to pay my winnings. DO NOT PLAY HERE.
