I deposited 25 € and accepted a 100% bonus + free spins.The bonus had a 40x wagering requirement which I fully completed as required.During wagering my balance gradually increased to around 400 € however all funds were locked as bonus funds. At no point was I clearly warned during gameplay that exceeding a certain balance would automatically invalidate my winnings. The system allowed me to continue playing without any visible warning and there was no option to withdraw or convert funds earlier.Only after completing the wagering my winnings were removed and I was informed that the maximum withdrawal from the bonus was only 25.5 €. I’ve been playing and made a few deposit their game play is very horrible and I lost $1590 while playing . I finally decided to withdraw on my last deposit wich I was ahead but never anywhere close to come back ahead of my total losses. When I was requesting my withdrawal for $250 at this point they keep rejecting my withdrawal and asking for more verification. I ha e provided the documents they’ve been asking and they keep rejecting them and won’t allow me to withdraw my funds. Now they won’t respond to me in the support chat and email as well.
