PG Soft ignores unresolved game issue with x32000 win
On June 29 2025 a game by PG Soft (“Leprechaun Riches”) froze on the PIN-UP platform displaying a clear x32000 win configuration. The round reopened multiple times on July 1 7 and 13 with increasing winnings but never finalized. The casino paid only KZT 12200 prematurely.I contacted PG Soft directly providing full evidence — they acknowledged the issue but then ignored it completely. The round is still unresolved and blocked from my account.This is unacceptable from a B2B provider claiming to ensure fair gaming. Transparency and technical support are non-existent. The full potential win was denied.AskGamblers complaint has been filed. I am escalating this case to regulators and publishing proof on public platforms.

This site cannot belegit. They give you free play. Then you win and they want you to deposit. if you do they tell you you have to wait because they have so many withdrawals. Then the site will disappears.
