Live chat is awful they just disconnect you before getting to an agent and then when you do the agent disconnects the chat… just remove you live chat function it’s awful!!! Make people aware prior to depositing that you need all these forms of identifications before withdrawing!!! Account now closed… awful awful awful

Bad experience

Opened an account deposited £20 for sign up offer won a small amount and withdrew. Decided to deposit again but now cant.. Saying failed.. Contacted bank and nothing to do with them.. Now depositing by debit card is no longer available to me and you can only use Trusty bank transfer. Was also told i was not eligible for the secon offer 100% matched bonus plus 20 spins. Sent an email to enqire about this and then get an email back saying it could take up to 5 working days although before typing email their site stated a 48hr wait for a reply. Tried live chat which is a total farce.. Kept in a queue and when you get to number one in the queue you get told live chat no longer available..this happened every time i tried live chat.. Total waste of time.

My husband enjoy betting on the Powerball till now the service is very good I think its better to buy an official lottery ticket but my husband disagrees.Anyway we enjoy it.

After 2 months of playing they then decided they wanted age verification. Miffed but I sent them a pic of my drivers license and top part of a letter from the council (visible on photo sent) which showed my current address. Account still suspended and when I eventually got through I was told I had to show them all four corners of the letter and a clear close up of my drivers license which had to show my face???? Mmmmmm No thankyou???? Also after reading reviews on here i will be Closing my account.!!
