This casino is dreadful. They are transparent that you have to turnover your deposit 3 times their low rtp and that withdrawals wont be processed in the weekend so I guess I cant complain about that but thats the least of it. It seems impossible to withdraw at all - my withdrawal was cancelled up to 10 times over technical issues. I eventually gave up and wagered it away before asking them to close my account. Prior to getting to the stage I could withdraw I got in a never ending series of communications with support to ask them why I had still $108 to wager before withdrawing when I deposited $30 and had wagered at least $100 already. It took time - their 24/7 support answers approximately every 24 hrs and mostly just cite terms and conditions that had no relevance to the question I was asking. Never really got to the bottom of it and am now beyond caring but please avoid unless you want to throw your money away and enjoy being frustrated.

Do not play this casino. All their bonuses are fake. I did 4 of them and they only gave me the sign up bonus. I contacted support after the chat person was telling me I was entering the codes wrong. I told them the codes appear when you click the add. That it wasn’t possible. So I did it again with the next deposit to prove I was right and that bonus didn’t appear again. What do they do? They pretty much say too bad. They prey on new customers clearly with their bonuses that don’t work on purpose. They rake in millions and they can’t even release a deposit low bet deposit bonus what does that say about them?

I have been trying to get in contact with Kingbilly.

I have been trying to get a refund from KingBilly Casino regarding deposits made after the new Dutch KSA remote gambling law came into effect (October 2021). At that time unlicensed operators were no longer allowed to accept Dutch players and many casinos offered refunds for deposits made in that period.I first contacted King Billy support @ in may 2024 explaining the situation and offering to resolve the matter amicably. After receiving no reply for months I escalated with a formal refund request including full transaction history to info@dama.I have re-sent the same email every month since then last one in today December 1th 2025. Result: zero response in over a year or so. No acknowledgment no refusal complete radio silence.I have now instructed my lawyer to proceed with the claim through official channels but I hope genuinely King Billy (Dama N.V.) would handle this professionally and avoid unnecessary legal costs for both sides.Very disappointed with this level of customer service and transparency from a casino that otherwise has a decent reputation. Would NOT recommend!

Very very disappointed with King Billy. They have recently been having system issues but haven’t noted anything about it on their site so after making a $45 deposit to claim a particular bonus I wanted the bonus did not give me the free spins I was guaranteed. That’s 100 free spins gone. The live chat isn’t functioning so I could only send them a message which took them hours to respond. Then I find that most of the games I want to play would not work with an error message displaying. Once they did finally respond to my 2 emails the tone was pretty nonchalant with them declining to add the bonus as I’d already played with some of my funds. They acknowledged system issues but offered no apology or any kind of cash or free spins compensation. Instead they quoted policy sections and basically didn’t care one bit. I was very disappointed. 10 free spins were then randomly placed onto my account but they’re for one of the games that I cannot access! I sent another email and I’ve received no response at all. I have been sorely let down by customer service todayUpdate: I finally did hear from them and my live chat and gaming issues were forwarded to a supervisor. Shortly after it all appeared fixed but by that time I didn’t have very much from my small deposit. I never heard anything more about the bonus I never received.
