Alongside contacting their online chat site. They will continue to take your money as they are not regulated and don’t follow any laws relating to gambling laws. Please do not use this site.

I did that but they cant help either .... All I can say is be patient. I won £2000 and it’s taken about 3 weeks but I’ve finally just got it. Stay polite on the emails. Email regularly. I really thought I wouldn’t get any of it but it all hit my account this morning.
