Well after promising that all I needed to do was deposit and put in the withdrawal request the customer service team kept diaging out bonuses without ever mentioning they would affect my withdrawal also they said if I deposited I can withdraw the deposit straight away its just a formality thing and now refusing to even give me back my deposit which I was told will be returned to me straight away its been 6 days they have been lying to me daily and finally found out today. I played this game I made a deposit I met the requirements they set for the bonuses they gave me I won $850 and they only deposited $500 saying they had a lot of rules they never mentioned. Because when I read the rules it said I only had to play for a certain amount of time and then I could withdraw the money. When I asked Okay why didnt you return what I supposedly didnt win to my account? They dont steal it completely but I recommend against this game entirely; its a scam.

I had a cash balance of approximately $30 dollars when i received a time sensitive bonus that activated. Upon completion of the play through requirement and terms and conditions i requested a withdrawal. It was received approved and completed but never received any funds. Upon inquiring was advised that consecutive bonus caused the reversal of withdrawal request. Grandrush did not refund the cash balance that was present prior to the applied bonus coupon and have failed to correct this error.
