New customer. Had a small winning sports bet £14.67 ! Didn’t pay out and chased them. No progress. Tried to close account and still have an account despite deleting three times. Diabolical site- don’t use. They will keep your money regardless. Something should be done about these new sites. Getting away with anything they like and make it impossible to get a remedy. Even writing a negative review is difficult with no easy links and then they challenge the authenticity of your review. All part of the business plan to rip off customers.Response to reply: It was a sportsbook bet on your site not your Casino section. Everything above stands. Horrendous site and you ripped me off.
