Low level casino. Customer service is useless. My account got suspended for no reason and they promised me that the review will take couple of hours maximum but in reality it took around 5 hours and still no solution. I recommend to not use this casino and 0% of trust.

Horrible service think twice to play here
My account is blocked due to income control. Very logical neatly handed in all documents. Unfortunately I did not receive a response. Several times contacted the customer service who again sent an e-mail to the relevant department.That department then responds 3/4 months later with the message that the documents must contain no later than 6 months. With the thought that it may have escaped once again submitted the last documents. Again a few months later reaction with that this is not too correct period. It is never the last period if you wait 3 months to check.I dont quite understand why because I havent been able to get into my account for half a year now and I cant pay out the few thousand that are on it either.I dont think anything is right at all previously scammed by a VIP manager of theirs who came to the Netherlands. I hope I will ever see my money back but I don’t think so.Update 8th of April 2025:Still no problem solved. Support sent email with requirements but does not tell what is missing. All requirements are followed.

They few times lie me about my lost deposit
I signed up as they offer deposit bonuses and i then deposited over €320 in total. I was having issues with the website that night the website was slow to begin with and then games where freezing/lagging and pop ups getting in the way. I then noticed I did not receive my deposits bonuses in which they advertise 100% bonus on first deposit and 75% on 2nd deposits. I went to live chat to ask why I didnt get any bonuses and was told that I had turned off the bonus setting so that i wasnt eligible for them. I never turned off anything. I deposited funds as normal. I explained this on live chat and they said they would look into it and funds would be added that they couldnt do it there and then. I went on the next day and was told differently that I wasnt getting them that they cant add them. Of course they could of added bonuses if they wanted to but they wouldnt. I cant understand how they can treat customers like this. Totally unfair after spending money on here and trying to avail of what they are advertising (bonuses). Which essentially is false advertising as they are not crediting the bonuses. I then closed my account as I wasnt happy with this. And they didnt seem overly bother about that. So they will just take your money and run. Overall a very poor experience. Stay away there are plenty of other casinos with bonus offerings that you actually do get. Also games very poor RTP. Dead spins. Very few bonus rounds and small returns.
