Treated like a child over due diligence and responsible gaming. Spent a bit longer online after I broke my ankle and was stuck at home and found my account blocked. I had to call and agree to a limit on my account which I discovered is unchangeable for 3 months. I find it completely patronising overbearing and unnecessary at my age to have to beg a gaming site that I may play. I now have to phone them again to have the limit removed. Never used this company they somehow have my number registered to a woman called Joanne.I have repeatedly contacted them asking them to remove my number under GDPR (still have the logs) each time they say it has been carried out.Only to later get a bunch of spam messages addressed to Joanne.I have made it clear that I have not consented to my data being processed by this website and requested its removal they always say they will comply and then dont.I would recommend avoiding this website as they are incapable of handling data in a way that is legally compliant and a complaint has been made to the ICO.
