I am a medical professional and a verified user of Dafabet (Username: Pushkar1). I am filing this complaint because the operator is withholding my withdrawal of INR 20000 which was supposedly processed on 05/03/2026.​It has been 12 days and the funds have not reached my bank account. When I contacted Live Chat to ask for a 12-digit UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) Number to track the payment the agents refused to provide it. Instead they used intimidation tactics threatening to close my account and citing offensive language when I was simply demanding my funds.​This behavior is a direct violation of their Antillephone N.V. (License 8048/JAZ) regulations. I have already contacted the licensing board and I am now requesting trustpilot to intervene. I want the operator to either provide a valid UTR or immediately Rollback the balance to my Dafabet wallet
