Withdrawal time is quick for VIP players too but becoming a VIP player is not automatic and is decided by the casino IF and WHEN you will become one. Instead they decide to give me 10 free spins with a wagering? (40€ real money bonus lost and give me 1€ worth of spins with a wagering as a refund) Im going to raise a complaint. I had a sudden phone number change and it took a few days to resolve. With the phone number change I had two withdrawals pending $150 and $50. Those withdrawals were returned 4 times with zero explanation. After 3 weeks of utter complete nonsense try to receive the withdrawals I finally gave up and lost the funds. Or did I? I actually hit a great bonus that paid a 2500x and withdrew $450 but… I knew the withdrawal would fail. So 4 days later after being told it was paid out and I’d get my money the withdrawal failed! Now I’m furious and went to customer service. They told me my government issued licences wasn’t valid as proper documentation to validate my account. I took a screenshot of the accepted identification and sent it to them and had no response. So after 3 weeks of failed withdrawals the reason they failed is because when I changed my phone number I needed to reverify my account because I had also moved. So the safety protocols are there caxino needs to ensure the staff are trained to explain that because you changed phone numbers and moved you’d need to verify your account as a security protocol. Instead I had to find out the hard way almost 3 weeks after the first failed withdrawal. As for the casino aspect I love it. It’s my go to for online gaming.Update. Almost a month without a successful withdrawal from caxino. Stemming from the original $150 and $50. Still waiting for the $400. My account was verified with my government issued valid drivers license. Customer service clearly has no clue what their talking about.
