I deposited approximately €250 and played without bonuses. My account passed verification and I was allowed to continue playing. My balance eventually reached around €13700 and I submitted multiple withdrawal requests which remained pending for several days.Update after response Guru had no choice but to close my case because you dont have to prove your false allegations with them!For clarity no chargeback was ever made on my card. I also contacted the payment processor used for my deposits and they confirmed that no high-risk flag or abuse classification had been issued in relation to my transactions.My account was verified withdrawals were requested and remained pending for several days before the winnings were voided.The purpose of my review is simply to share my experience so other players can make informed decisions.After this the casino declined the withdrawals voided all winnings refunded my deposits and closed my account claiming the payment provider had flagged my deposits as “high risk.”However the payment processor later confirmed in writing that no such risk flag or abuse classification had been issued for my transactions.I have raised complaints with Casino Guru Casinomeister and the Curaçao Gaming Authority as the explanation provided by the casino does not match the confirmation from the payment provider.Further update: In addition to the complaint previously raised with Casino Guru I have also submitted the case to through their Player Arbitration (PAB) process.At the time of writing the casino has not responded to Casinomeister’s attempts to contact them regarding this matter. The case therefore remains open while they wait to see whether the operator engages with the arbitration process.I will update this review again if there are any further developments.

Extremely disappointed

Update. Although I am now allowed to make a withdrawal the time it has taken to do so does seem like it has been a priority for casinoway. 24 hour has passed now and my withdrawal is still pending. Star rating changed to a 2 due to the amount of time and stress it has taken to process my withdrawal. Extremely disappointed. I am unable to withdrawal my winnings as casinoway is insist that I provide a copy of a debit card that I no longer have. I have provided proof of my existing debit card that I have been using to make all my recent deposits I have also provided bank statements which are linked to my current debit card and I have also provided my passport.

My previous review was not updated. I previously put 4 stars for this casino. On the basis my withdrawal went through ok I would increase to 5. So today I am doing that. Withdrawal was in my account yesterday. Over the last 24 hours Ive probably put €500 euros back on and guess what Ive just made a withdrawal of €2000 euros. I havent taken any bonuses and account is fully verified. To those complaining that the casino pays out poor it actually doesnt. I play a few different games and it works for me. I know that at some point I will maybe take a loss but thats the way it goes. For now keep up the good work and thanks for being a great casino.
