Deleted my account after challenging them not paying out 🤬😡🤬…

I deposited £20 and was offered a £30 welcome bonus as a new customer I played my deposit down to £10 and won £20 so £30 altogether. I then withdrew my £30 while themaking it clear to me that I would be forfeiting my welcome bonus if I withdraw the £30 . So I forfeited my welcome bonus. I checked my bank account and they had taken £40 out of my account £20 twice and also never deposited my £30 that I won and forfeited my £30 welcome bonus. Talking to Simon online was very disappointing they refused to accept they duplicated my first deposit and have asked me to send full Bank statements which feels really dodgy... really disappointed and upset the way I was treated and blatantly robbed upon challenging them they have literally just closed my account. Absolutely shocking. Never encountered a company as rude and unprofessional as casino kings . I hope the gambling commission gives them there karmathey shouldnt be able to keep scamming people like this how much money have they robbed off of everyone its disgraceful completely shocking behaviour.

5+ Days and counting for a withdrawal - no response.

I have been waiting 5+ days for a withdrawal and still have not received it. I have been on live chat and emailed them and all they tell me is that it is being reviewed by the relevant team and that is all they can advise.Would not recommend at all.

SCAM company been waiting over 3 months for withdrawl I uploaded documents last week aswell as apparently the other ones where declined fast enough to take the money without verifying where they came from but just wont pay out. Looking at taking legal action against them and reporting them. Dont use them plenty of other real sites that will pay out your winnings out there UPDATE: they shut my account down with lies about breaching there terms and conditions just so they wouldnt have to pay me the winnings and instead refunded me my deposits back avoid and try a trustworthy casino

Really positive experience

I have been playing a few casinos lately checking out the slots which is what I mostly enjoy to play. Within a couple of hours I was fully verified and the money was in my account. The game play is excellent as is the customer service chat facility. Kevin was extremely helpful . I was pleased with this platform initially seemed to be very intuitive I took the introductory offer deposited and placed bets to meet the criteria and was really impressed with how quickly the bonus bet arrived. Things started to go wrong when I won! my winnings were not put into my account instead held within a bonus account. It’s been 4/5 days and this process should be ALOT faster.
