ABUSIF! Malgré annulation de ma transaction aux pompes dessence de CASINO NEMOURS jai été débité de 120 euros. Pourtant sur le ticket est marqué Transaction annulée débit Zero. Cest du vol ! 4 jours plus tard toujours pas de remboursement. Cest inacceptable. BEWARE! This petrol station will debit your card even if you cancel your transaction/sale. I made an incorrect choice of fuel so I cancelled the transaction. Nevertheless 120 euros was debited off my account although on the ticket it was noted as Abandoned and Zero euro debited. I live nearby so I went and pointed that out to them. It seems it a normal procedure and I will be reimbursed. However 4 days later my account is still unrefunded.

Bad customer policy! You are most unwelcome as a tourist!!!
We had a bad experience today. We have a customer card and the app from casino and knew about 10% promotion this month. We asked about it to the lady at the cash desk but she was a student and was not informed about how it worked. We were with a big family so our expenses were more than 500 euro. The student told us to pay and to go to the customer desk for the 10%. We did as told. At the customer desk we asked to get our reduction. There we got a lady (I think from management) which told us in the most unfriendly way that we should have known ourselves how it works and that it is not up to them to explain the 10% and since we had already paid it was too late. The 10% came from casino she told us and they had nothing to do with that!!! It was clear we were only “tourists” so they just did not care. It was Sunday and she had a lack of us. But they forgot that we spend each year a lot of time in porto vecchio with a lot of people. I never experienced such a bad customer policy! As a tourist it is definitely not the place you want to go. They clearly prefer us to stay at home!!!
