I should never have been put in the position that I needed to ask for human intervention to correct Entains mistakes!I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because while fixing the problem within LADBROKES CORAL BetMGM and this trading name the problem still subsists within SPORTINGBET another in the stable and thus costing me more time.-----Added: SPORTINGBET access fixed for me by Rubin the next day. :-)
