This will be a review by a normal person and not a bot.I will give them 4 stars. Its a nice website like the look of it good amount of slots to chose from. Did my first verification without issues and got my money around 4 days later.Second withdrawl it was abit difficult but i got my money after 4 days ish.All in all good website and trustworthy. Only reason i dont give them 5 stars is because of slow withdrawl and have to verify yourself more than once which is super annoying. If you have patience and wont gamble away your withdrawls then i can really recommend this website but if you cant handle the wait time find something else.

Have been playing in this casino for a few years. Cant say I was thrilled with it but it was alright. Usually withdrawals were approved within the same day. But if other casinos offer their long term players better conditions and faster withdrawal times than in this casino its opposite. The longer you play the shittier attitude. Previous time I made withdrawal request it was approved after approx 26hours. This time its already on day 3 (60hours) and its still processing. Of course after contacting customer service I received the same reply they are giving to everyone - their finance department is doing their best and I just have to wait blah blah blah. To me it just looks that they are doing this on purpose just waiting for players to cancel withdrawal so they dont have to pay it out or they simply dont have money. The worst part? My withdrawal request is just 220€. Hard to imagine what would happen if they would have to pay out a thousand or more. Might update and change the review rating later depending on how much longer it will take to get withdrawal approved. But at the moment looks like they wont be paying anytime soon so 1 star rating.Update 23.02. So 4 and a half days after withdrawal request its still not processed. After getting their reply on here of course got the same answer - finance department working on it and it will be processed soon. Obviously couldnt say how long will this soon take.Update 25.02. So 6 days since withdrawal request and of course its still pending. They promised to email me as soon as there are any updates regarding my withdrawal but no email or whatsoever. Not fussed even a bit to got it processed. Update 27.02. 8 days since withdrawal request and its status still pending. If it wont be processed today Ill be filing a complaint with their legal ADR and submit a compliance complaint to the Curaçao regulator.

It’s just scammers they don’t want too approve withdrawal for no reason ( maybe they don’t have enough cash) and customers service gives many different reasons like they are busy or the don’t work weekends and they ignore your chats or vip calls so stay away from them I saved all the chats and emails for use when needed Update It’s 5 days now and I still hear the same answer from the reboot everything is okay and will get the money soon Update 2They just approved my withdrawal today So maybe they just delayed it for recall it but they did approve after 5 days

Haven’t received my withdrawal despite being verified and waiting over 48 hours

-Poor customer service. When I first signed up I asked if I could get verified and they said no need. Once I made my withdrawal then they started asking but luckily they didn’t take too long in verifying-Very poor withdrawal times. They say it takes up to 48 hours to process withdrawals yet mine has taken over that time and I still get the same copy and paste responses that it’s in queue and it will be processed soon. I’m not sure how everyone is having a different experience because I have not seen these “fast withdrawals”. Any other casino takes minutes or an hour at worst to process Interac withdrawals. I’m not sure why I made the mistake of trying this one out based on fake reviews.Despite everything if my withdrawal is processed I will update my review to a more positive one. I see the casino is active with their responses here so I’m hoping someone can see this review and help process my withdrawal. It isn’t even a lot ($450) but it is very frustrating.
