Loyal Customer Hoping for Better Support

I’ve been an active customer with BetUS for some time and have generally appreciated the platform which is why I’m writing this with the hope things improve.Recently the experience hasn’t been as smooth. As someone who deposits regularly—often using crypto—I’ve run into recurring issues with certain crypto chains being unavailable for deposits for extended periods. On top of that the associated fees can be inconsistent and at times higher than expected. It makes funding an account more difficult than it should be.At the same time I haven’t seen much in terms of retention offers or free play even during major events like March Madness. I completely understand that promotions vary but as a consistent player it would go a long way to feel a bit more recognized.Customer support has also become less responsive and when I do hear back the replies tend to feel very generic and corporate—without really addressing the specific concerns raised. That’s been one of the more frustrating parts of the experience.I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews but I felt it was worth sharing honest feedback. I’d prefer to continue playing here but I may need to explore other options if the overall experience doesn’t improve.Hoping this is something management takes into consideration.

I was given a 100.00 bonus (ive lost wayyy more than that actually ive never won on this site) anyways given a 100.00 bonus with a 30x play through meaning I had to play through 3000.00 worth of spins and could only cash out 300.00. Once I made through 3000.00 worth of spins and surprisingly won 356.00 i went to cash out. Mind you the system tells you if you completed the play through max..I did that went to cash out and was told to upload my id and debit card(debit card is how I normally make deposits). I did that the rep I was messaging told me it would be 72 hours before I could get the measly 300.00 then he turned around told me wait you have to play through 9000.00 more in order to cash out... claim I had a sports bonus I used a long time ago that I needed to play through. MIND YOU IK NOTHING ABOUT SPORTS AND I ACTUALLY WAS GIVEN FREE SPORTS CASH THAT I TOLD THEM TO TAKE BACK AND REMOVE FROM MY ACCT AND THEY DID. The 100.00 bonus rule was to play through 3000.00 and thats it. So I went back to try to play through 9k spins and ofcourse every spin was a loss and the 300.00 evaporated. If I could give no stars I would I had been talking to an account manager which was assigned to me and he had given me a 25$ sign up bonus wich is given to everyone thats great but because Ive been scammed by online casinos a lot lately I had decided I would feel it out a little more and look at some reviews: well I get an email asking me to complete a survey for an extra 25$ and I think wow this is actually awesome so yea Ill do it and Ill see if they hold up to their promise of the extra 25$ after the survey I give great feedback and positive reviews for the survey and then I wait its now been three days I contact my account manager via his extension and another person answers and says he will look into my account and that my manager is out for the day the last my manager asked for was a screen shot of the survey I had completed and I did that but heard not thing back the new guy I talk to insist on talking over me saying that a deposit needs to ve made first then they will and I had already talked to my manager and that wasnt the case he then very rudely says I have to make a deposit and thats just how it is. I was a consistent depositor about 2 years ago. I live in NY and lost access to crypto currency which is why I stopped depositing initially. Once I was able to find a way to buy crypto again I had every intention of depositing to BetUs again But their arrogant unhelpful and lying support staff has drove me off AGAIN!! This is the 4th time that I have thought about and was about to make a deposit until I realized that theses people will NEVER CHANGE! This time around I received a casino scratch card bonus for$25 in the mail. AND WAS ALSO CREDITED WITH A $25 FREE PLAY in my account. After finishing my scratch card bonus I asked if maybe I would be able to covert my free play for sports into a casino chip. They agreed took my free play out of my account and never gave me a casino bonus. Their reason was ridiculous they told me I already used it. No matter how many times I tried explaining to them that I had a free play and a scratch card bonus they didnt care. So because I asked for it to be converted into a casino bonus it cost me my $25 free play. They have documented times of when my free play was removed from my account and when I completed my scratch card bonus. The evidence speaks for itself my free play for sports was removed after I had already completed the scratch card bonus.. THATS BECAUSE I ASKED FOR to convert my sportz free play into casino. Thats when they removed my free play and said I would get a casino bonus. But now they change their whole story and want me to believe that I used up my free play credit. I lost thousands of dollars on this site and finally got up 3000 and requested a payout (after I was able to get through all the rollovers). They take my money in an instant and help you get money off credit cards and debit cards within minutes yet they say a wire takes 15 business days. Ok so I got through all the documents and requested 3000 to be wired to me at the beginning of of February. The wire was approved by them on February 13th and today is march 11 and still no wire. They say they are having. Issues with their provider. Honestly I do not care about your issues. Sports Deposit Bonus not applying to E-Sports

I was recommended BetUS as a trustworthy sportsbook for betting on E-Sports titles on r/Reddit. I had deposited 120 USD in BTC and shortly after had a notification and an email asking if I wanted an exclusive 125% bonus for Sports or Casino. I was interested in Sports and they only mentioned the limitations of 16x rollover with crypto which I was fine with. Unfortunately they didnt let me know that E-Sports titles were excluded to count towards the rollover and the Free Play balance is ineligible for E-Sports. Although Im aware that I should look through all the terms and conditions it felt like the support didnt do their best to disclose all the limitations. I was unaware of any deposit bonuses until the popup on screen right after depositing. Ill likely just burn my deposited funds and Free Play balance on random things to lose it all just to deposit again and it really sucks.

This is the absolute worst book I’ve ever used. Do not use this mediocre site. If you deposit you can’t withdraw for 72 hours. When you withdraw they take forever to pay you out. The odds and lines are terrible. They charge you a fee for depositing. I can go on and on and on. Can’t use free play on parlays. Account managers don’t do anything. It’s just an actual shit show. Screw this site. Do not use it.

This platform fraudulently OVERCHARGED my transactions by $20+. I sent them screenshots of my credit card statements and that wasnt good enough for them because I used a virtual card. So the information mismatches my original payment method. So I filed chargebacks. You can close my account I dont CARE. If I get one more threatening or aggressive phone call from you I will be filing a report with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. I mean that with every fiber of my being. I understand being overcharged a couple dollars for processing but $20-30 of an overcharge is INSANE. I never had that happen to me with ANY online casino. And I gamble A LOT. BetUS Sportsbook is the worst betting site I have ever experienced. I requested a withdrawal through bank transfer two months ago and I still have not received my money. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for customers.Customer service has not been helpful at all. Every time I contact them they just tell me to “wait” and that the money will arrive soon. I have been hearing the same response for two months with no solution.I am not someone who usually writes negative reviews but this situation has gone beyond all reasonable limits. No one is taking responsibility or helping to resolve the issue. I strongly recommend that others be very cautious before using this sportsbook.

I played on Betus via deposit as well as freeplay I fulfill the rollover requirements I utilized a virtual card to make the deposit I attempted to make a withdrawal but was blocked I provided proof of identification and an account statement Im now being told that my statement needs to display my virtual card number I am confused by this request as I can only provide what I have access to and theres no possible solution that customer provides customer service is very poor not helpful at all.
