If I could give 0 stars a would. These guys should wear masks and a stripped jumper Do not use them!!!!!! Had best on football bakayo saka yo score or assist v spurs 1st goal he squares the ball eze scores .Went down as a loss.... Had same bet on william hill they paid it instantly STAY CLEAR!!!!!

Offer in new bonus offers to place a bet at odds of 4/1 or over to get 20 free bet. I did this and didnt receive free bet.When I contacted customer service they said the qualifying bet had to be a 4+ selection acca and that it was a 50% refund up to 20 if it lost !!!Sent me a screenshot stating this. Completely different offer to the one I was sent the previous day ! I hadnt screenshotted the offer the previous day so had no proof. Absolute thieves dont bother with their offers !

Depositing and withdrawing was easy
Depositing and withdrawing was easy. Addmitedly I uploaded a bank statement and passport when i signed up. Withdrawl was within 25 minutes.

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service deposited money and said transaction declined the money was taken from my bank. After a live chat I was asked to provide the transaction number (which I thought they should have found for me) then asked to screenshot the transaction on my banking app. After doing this they want me to download my bank statement as proof of deposit! Which I thought I had already done with the screenshot. Don’t use this site they are thieves.

Dont bother you wont get your free bets.
Sigh. They ran an offer bet £50 on an acca get £50 free bet if it loses. Only terms they stated were up to £50 free bet and min odds of 2/1.Absolutely nowhere on the offer did it state minimum selections so the default for accas unless stated is 2 selections. My bet lost went to claim my free bet and was told the terms stated were for 4 selections...which as I said was not stated anywhere in readable format on the offer. There was no link to any terms nothing. So they stole my free bet.

AFTER SETTING UP MY ACCOUNT THEY THE DISABLED IT WITH NO EXPLANATION. IVE NOW EMAILED THERE HELP/SUPPORT OVER 10 TIMES WITH NO REPLY. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY THAT I DEPOSITED (£200). ITS INSANE IN ALL MY YEARS ONLINE IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS.

When making a withdrawal £10 or more they charge a pound e.g you need to win e.g £21 to get £20 its like going into shop can of coke £1 you go to pay. The shop keeper says thats £2 £1 for coke £1 for fetching it. What a con.
