I opened an account with 247Bet and deposited €20 which gave me a €20 welcome bonus. I played slots and managed to build my balance up to around €2000 while completing the wagering requirements.During play I contacted live chat because the system showed I still had €500 left to wager before I could withdraw. The support agent told me to keep betting and to focus on slots until the bonus disappeared.The casino system allowed me to continue placing bets with no warnings or restrictions and I completed the wagering requirement as instructed. Only when I attempted to withdraw my winnings did the casino confiscate the entire €2000 claiming I had exceeded the €5 maximum bet rule during the bonus.My issue is not that the rule exists – my issue is that the platform allowed dozens of bets over the supposed limit without any warning block or notification. If exceeding the limit results in the complete confiscation of winnings the system should prevent those bets from being placed in the first place.To make matters worse live chat support encouraged me to continue wagering without mentioning the maximum bet restriction at any point.It feels extremely unfair that the casino allows gameplay to continue without warning only to enforce the rule after a withdrawal request. I have now escalated the dispute through Casino Guru and ADR channels.Players should be aware of how these bonus rules are enforced before depositing.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!DO NOT PLAY!! I opened an account played about 3k. Then they locked my account for “safe gambling”. I had 3 open bets in my account and I contacted them to let me know what I bet on as I couldn’t remember. They kept me for 40 min on chats transferring me from one to another to then say I will be contacted via email. Disgusting. My own money. They can’t provide me what I bet on.

Now I am a seasoned but honest and fair gambler I have lost a lot over the years but I enjoy it and luckily can afford it as a leisure past time..I have never felt the need to write a poor review of a gambling company before but feel it is my responsibility to warn others on here to my experienceBasically you would think 3 year old are in customer service the lack of being able to grasp an obvious mistake taking up to 10 days to respond (this one took 5 ) days. To what is a small amount but a blatant and obvious error in settling a bet...I have copied the e mails below but need to summarise by say I placed a bet (before the off incase anyone asks) it won at 13/8 (I asked for SP) and I was returned just my stake?? Not the winnings...I complained via chat (like talking to an infant in comprehension level) and finally got the reply posted below my e mail...basically they have not even looked and now Im told its another 10 days to be looked into...an error like this with a bookmaker (where its a blatant mistake in settlement) should take minutes to resolve!... its a small amount so Im not that bothered but what if it had been 1000s???
