Scammers. Won £409 and they simply won’t verify my account. Sent 38 emails with no response. Reported to Police and now trying to get through on Government resolver . Beware of them…. Utter nightmare…

Their Shirley branch has been covered in awful graffiti for years. Head office is aware and sorted it years ago. They won’t sort it these days however. We assume there’s been a change of Senior Management and they don’t care about the residents and ASB etc…anymore. We used to support them in the past but won’t in future.It’s a real shame !

I wanted to leave this review to give some peace of mind to others as just yesterday I was scanning the reviews for peace of mind myself and seeing all the bad reviews had me panicked!I signed up with Barbados casino a few weeks back deposit £100 won £300 and after submitting verification docs was able to withdraw my funds no problems. This week I deposited another couple hundred and finally won the grand price of £2k on a fire blaze jackpot (eternal lady) off a £1 spin. I went to withdraw and the site said I had to contact support as they may need to do extra verifications. I contacted support didn’t get a response all day and started to panic that I was being scammed. Then I found the reviews on here and I thought I wasn’t getting my money. However! Support replied to me after 24 hours and once I confirmed my post code and date of birth the withdrawal went through and I received it within 8 hours! Overall a very good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue using the site.So it’s not all bad 😊 good luck to anyone reading this in the same position as I was a couple days ago!

I have send my payment card details over and over again to this company to verify my account so my withdrawal can be processed but they keep rejecting this when you can clearly see everything on this no emails back from customer service if I do not get this sorted will take legal action

Near impossible to withdraw your money. Constant hurdles put in the way to withdraw blocks on games. Provided proof of ID proof of payment card and proof of address. All came up verified and still unable to withdraw my funds for days on end. Constant emailing customer support to unblock my account. Funny that a company that regularly sends emails about safe gambling make it very difficult for you to get your money back. On the flip side some of the people in customer service were friendly.

This is by far the worst casino I have ever played should of knew when I signed on 20 free spins and not a penny. Put £200 in and never has money disappeared so fast very little winnings and no free spins etc. This place should not be allowed to operate. Take my advice and give it a very wide berth

Stay away from them I won £700 took longer than any other casino to get the money and when I did they closed my account saying I had a duplicate account I didnt I changed addresses and got married so changed the details. They all take commissions out of winnings and charge for putting money on .

would NOT suggest to visit this site. They take percentage of your deposit and then as soon as soon as you want to play thay add mistic bonus( without your permission) to your deposit so to win you need to wage it 35 times before you can withdraw your money.So please stay away from this site.
