I won 1.32 million dollars march 16 2026 between 1:33am and 1:54 a.m hitting the jack pot drop of $87000.00 the diamond prize 15 times. I also had the drop and won bronze prize several times silver gold saphirre prizes.. I had over an hr play time pre jackpot wins and over 1 hr play time post jack pot wins. There was no sign of error or abnormalities the wi s were minutes apart followed by loses.. when attempted to withdraw some funds inwas locked out. And told my account was under investigation. I have 15 emails stating I won the diamond prize and still awaiting confirmation of wins. I have my game play history showing the wins and a balance of 1.32 million emailed to me yesterday from the casino as I had 0 access to my account I haf to request this from them. Ii am now allowed in my account where the play history logged all the wins and shows a balance 1.26 million . But a bank roll that is at 0. I recieved a phone call 80 hrs after the wins . To be told that they are sorry but fo to a malfunction the wins generated were not supposed to be credited. I asked to see there logs to prove such claims and was told that I should have realized that there was a malfunctionand had stopped playing. I asked to see evidence of this because there statement of a malfunction or error is unacceptable to me with out seeing the evidence to support it. And was told in 10 yrs thisnis the first time this happend and they are sorry but nothing they can do. They even took my money that I deposited to play with that day . I also have played on this site for 3 yrs and have many transactions deposits and withdraws dozens of them that have went through with out a problem . Both deposits and withdraws usually under $5000.00 always deposited to my bank.acvount pretty much instantly if not with in the hr. I was verified from the start then had to re verify after the win. My pre and post jack pot wins games play was never interupted nor was there a notification or warning or signs of abnormalities. I have screen shots time stamped emails recorded conversatios and there own game play history retrieved by them and emailed to me when I was locked out of my account all recorded legit wins. So other then state that there was a gliche or malfunction they habe not given any evidence to corroborate there claim that allows them to not have to be anyone who wins ever. The entire time this casino has made me feel like I did something wrong and we are all not actually allowed to win because if a win happens they can lock you out empty your account and tell you its your fault and they are sorry. Its absurd and absolutly disgusting. And 1.26 million dollars they have stolen from me . Robbed me . I also have a email of my game history sent to me from 888 server records dated March 18 2026 that says 1.32 million in the winning column on March 16 2026 and when was allowed back into my account on March 19 2020 I had a zero bank roll. All the game history intact with every win recorded still there all dollar amounts correct with every win. All tiers jackpot drop paid at random no loop stuck on diamond. Its March 21 2026 now all my game play history still there wondering how March 18 my winnings are at 1.32 million. 48 hrs after the so called error happend. And how there audit cycles never caught that yet. And I also had 89 dollars comp.points accumulated from the game play that day that I was allowed to cash in . Random jackpot pays no system error played for 1+ hrs after jackpot wins on alleged erroneous winnings with out being interupted 47000 reversal withdraw that I wa told my bank sent back but found out later that it was manually done by 888. And that was never put back on my bank roll . Aswell as the fact it seems the investigation was predetermined before concluded as my winnings had been removed prior to the investigation concluding. Not to mention how I have asked for 888 to prove to me.what they say is true because there trust us it happend is just not acceptable.. the are acting in bad faith and not being transparent. I error of this magnitude that they obviously say they have identified should be easy to prove and not just there word on it happen.

You can not speak to anyone you’ll be waiting hours an if you do win you can not withdraw. They will ask to verify your account which doesn’t happen within the typical time frame of any other betting sites (48 hours) it will take weeks and they will want tax statement bank statements proof of address ID.
