Terrible customer support and terrible company. Over three weeks trying to finish KYC requests. Good riddance from the UK.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Deposited played a few games and thought I would cut my losses by withdrawing. I then received an email on April 12th asking for ID verification which is not a problem except they blocked my account. I sent them via email the same day and I have received 4 emails since stating that my ID had not been accepted or wanting different ID. I then received an email on April 30th asking for all of my ID again. I have tried contacting them multiple times but always get the same message of it is being processed. Todays date is May 5th and I will be reporting this company to the Gambling Commission. Awful awful company - DO NOT USE.

STAY AWAY 1 star is to generous!

If I could go Lower than one I would! Absolute joke of a company! Delay after delay after delay! Won £400 and three weeks later still waiting for my funds no communication at all accept an email requesting again proof documents no explanation of which ones have not gone through or any reasoning as to why! You then spend time on chat and they tell you “one document has failed resend this one” so you resend it and you receive another email requesting documents over and over again! It’s a complete joke stay away from them. I’m now contacting gambling commission and starting complaints procedure and small claims order! They still have not responded to those either!

Unlawful practices. Waiting for over 1 month for my funds. Criminal.

Horrendous unlawful practices. Did the registration offer and my account was locked. They asked for KYC which I have provided now 4 times. Live Chat is just there to keep you at bay while they try to keep your money. Keeping on with excuses and asking me to re-send in my documents for verification. They have kept my funds for a month now. I have heard dozens and dozens of the same stories with people providing their information and having their money essentially stolen by Wishmaker. Avoid this casino at all costs. I am in the process of complaints with the gambling commission for their practices.

One of the worst companys out there if you actually win anything they will do everything in their power to make sure you do not get your winnings.

Worst Casino I have ever dealt with. Reported to gambling commission and had to threaten legal action to get them to process withdrawal. They are breaking UK Gambling License conditions by asking customers for onerous KYC at point of withdrawal. Shouldnt be trading

Took well over 2 weeks to get my…

Took well over 2 weeks to get my account unlocked and access my money. Provided every ID document they asked for but they replied wanting more and more despite new guidelines saying this should be done before they allow you to make deposit not when trying withdraw. Got my money eventually but wont be using them again.

Just like all the other reviews absolutely terrible. Account locked for more than two weeks rude operators. In their T & C they require you to upload all the docs but your account is locked and sending important docs through email is not safe. They are also ignoring emails and if you go live chat they have impossible KYC requests especially if you live in the UK. I have reported them to the UK Gambling Commission as they are now breaking the law.

If I could give 0 stars I would one star rating seems far to generous. Live chat are rude and very unhelpful withdrawals take 6 months if you win and that’s if they accept your documents that every other uk casino accept. Stay away

Absolutely awful website dont touch it with a barge pole. Ive used many casino sites in my time and this one is by far the worst. Ive deposited my cash now they wont let me play or withdraw my cash until i send them all sorts of documents. I sent them the documents now theyre telling me I need to send more. Sounds like a scam just to steal money DO NOT USE THIS SITE YOULL REGRET IT!!! AND YOULL LOSE YOUR MONEY COS THEY WONT LET YOU WITHDRAW IT!!!

DO NOT USE. My account is locked and they will not process my withdrawal. For 3 weeks I have been sending them documents and they just ask for more. Ridiculous crooks. This is a scam and needs to be reported to the Gambling Commission.
