I won a bet of 800eur & spinned some casino slots before cashing my win. 2days of reviewing and I get a mail saying that they have confiscated my entire win because I had used my bonus that I got when depositing for slots. They scammed me on 3 different bets when only 2 of them used the deposit bonus. If you win on this casino they will cheat you. Do not use! Stick to normal casinos!

It sits for days on end with no action. Hello I played at Winzter on November 27 for a credit card deposit of €50 without a bonus. I won €900 and €400.But they refuse to pay me my winnings. They claim that I violated their rules.I sent them several emails asking them to send me the violation in question.But I havent heard back from them.They refunded my bet.But I won that money and I would like to get it back.

Serious Responsible Gaming breach – self-exclusion ignoredI informed the operator one year ago on Slottio that I suffer from gambling addiction and was told that my email and phone number would be blacklisted and blocked across all their sister casinos.Despite this I was allowed to register again on Winzter last Friday using the same details and lost 40000 SEK in under 40 minutes.I informed them again about gambling addiction and was denied a refund without proper investigation.Today I could also open an account on PalmCasino with the exact same email and phone number even though all these casinos are listed under the same Anjouan license.I have now submitted a formal complaint to the Anjouan licensing authority and included full documentation.

Stating terms and conditions applying to a bonus that I did not use for this win.Avoid at all costs this company needs dealing with appropriately they are stealing money from everyone.Shame I didnt read the reviews before I signed up.

Scam Site Stay Clear

I deposited a total of €50 and won €350. I sent all my documents through processed fine waited another while still no withdrawal. It has now closed my account and I cant access it. The site is a scam there is no doubt about it. Stay clear. What is surprising though is how the site is still up and running why has it not been taken down? I have a citizens advise appointment on 13/11/1999 so I will let everyone know what the outcome is. If my withdrawal comes through I will take this review down.

Won 2400 banned me and lied.

Won 2400 they closed my account due to a breach of terms and conditions but wont tell me what I did. Told me Id get all deposits back I recieved some deposits. They requested bank statements as proof they havent paid me sent them pdfs direct from Halifax app. Because they dont show the dates 1st and 2nd November they arent processing the rest of my refund. These were weekend days that arent shown on halifax as they process the money the next working day. Funnily they only asked about these two days and not all other weekends with nothing shown over the two months of statements they requested. They are officially scam artist and lower than low. Stay clear you wint win and wont get your money back.
