I am writing to share my highly disappointing experience with Winz.io. Before making my deposits I explicitly contacted their support to request a VIP Status Match based on my top-tier status at another casino. After discussing my perks I deposited over €4800 within a short period.However as soon as those deposits were played and it was time for me to receive my earned VIP cashback the casino abruptly revoked my VIP status without any valid justification. They completely backed out of the pre-deposit understanding. I have full video recordings chat transcripts and email logs proving this bait-and-switch tactic. I strongly advise high-roller players to be extremely cautious as their initial promises were not honored in my case once the deposits were made.

Support lets me know that you have to wager 1x the deposit which is obviously written in their frequently asked question but not in the campaign. Overall lost 34€ because I had to wager my deposit. It is not a bad casino if you keep losing you may get some of your losses back from their bonuses. HOWEVER if you go into their bonus terms it basically says they can terminate all funds and bonuses and close your account for whatever kind of play they determine is not for fun or fair and they can choose what this fairness means. Meaning if you use their bonuses too much and play too little this is not fair and they will quite aggressively delete everything and once they do it is PERMANENT. They will constantly monitor this. So keep that in mind regardless of your winnings from bonuses.EDIT: You replied to this review stating that the strict measures are only for groups but this is not true. Also they mentioned 0-wagering but YOU WILL lose your bonuses if you only wager 1-2x your funds (nowhere near 0) for a couple days straight because this is not fair. To me that is very strict. This casino is extremely sensitive about it unlike any other.
