I had deposited my own money successfully and played one game and won fairly. I won £100 from this game and decided to withdraw. I then went through a ridiculously lengthy process of getting everything verified so that I was able to withdraw my winnings nearly 3 weeks of being ignored and thrown about only to be told they rejected due to a payment processing error which made absolutely no sense!? The money HAD been taken and HAD stated it was successfully processed on the account???? Absolutely disgusting disgraceful behaviour and the customer service is so bad they state they have a 48hr processing schedule yet took nearly a week for someone to even attempt to look at my account or even respond to me there was even a period that they completely ignored me all together. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM!!

Avoid this casino at all costs. They will automatically give you bonuses that you don’t ask for when you deposit which then causes complications if you win and they will void your winnings. I just won almost €3000 but had to play loads of it away to get a withdrawable amount. Eventually at €1400 it allowed me to withdraw. The next morning I got an email telling me that the winnings were void and the money has been confiscated because I played a game that you cannot play with bonus money!Firstly this is hidden in the small print. And practically every game they have is listed; making this an absolute con straight away. Secondly why let me play it with the bonus winnings if it isn’t allowed?Thirdly they immediately confiscate your winnings?!!!I’m taking legal action immediately. They are 100% a con site.

Wow what a fraud ! When I transfer money all that went like a bonuss- already lost-because of the unreal limit for cash out.Than I canceled the bonuss and all money gone to :D Support say nothing to do we have unrealistic rules! :D I even ask if they can restore my canceled bonuss to just play to zerro just for fun I know that my real money is lost but they said no!
