Stalling proof of payment to a lagging withdrawal

Ive been playing with these guys for a while. Always timely withdrawals that are in my account within a couple of hours probably 20 out of 20 times. Now for som reason its been 3 business days and not a whiff of the funds. The worst part is i have asked for proof of payment and they havent yet been able to produce this after 4 days which is pretty shocking.
