Withdrawal Delayed for Over 2 Weeks — Repeated Impossible KYC Requests

I initiated a withdrawal from WinShark on 28/02/26. Since then the casino has delayed the payout for more than two weeks by responding only every three days and repeatedly asking for the same documents.After uploading both sides of my current card multiple times they suddenly requested verification for a completely different card that was used for a small deposit on 24/02/26. That card was cancelled and the bank account linked to it has been permanently closed. The physical card no longer exists and I no longer have access to any statements.I informed WinShark of this clearly and provided a written declaration but they continue to request documents that are impossible to provide. This is not standard KYC — it is a stalling tactic.I have now submitted a formal complaint to CasinoGuru and will continue escalating until this matter is resolved. Verification Process Runaround

At first playing here went well. Some decent wins and a painless verification and withdrawal. When I won more money all of a sudden my verification was null and I was asked to sent proof of payment again. I made the mistake of playing more and all of a sudden it was nothing but losses. I kept my withdrawal in there to at least recover some of the money lost. Now I am being given the run around asked for a void cheque and I uploaded it. 3 days later I asked for an update and got an email requesting I upload a void cheque AGAIN. Its a clear delay tactic and shows that no one is reading my emails or reviewing the documents. I had high hopes for this casino but the shady business has begun.
