I managed to get one reply from someone on chat saying I have duplicate accounts but I don’t but there was no further replies when I stated this no email to give any information nothing. Without doubt WH has become worse over the past 12 months. Not sure whether there has been some kind of shift in ownership or they have just become less focused on customer experience.
