An ad FLAMEZ come up on the website deposit sign up etc. 10 min later the site blocked me. Then asked wildz casino. It was the same name WAZZA. He clearly did not remember me from 30 secconds prior. Do not play share around!!!

Banned for business reason

I played a long time ago on this site. And if I remember correctly I lost 200€. Now I was wondering if they had any sports bonuses to play. The bot in the chat said I can claim it. I went to chat with a real person to make sure I am eligible for any bonuses on any of their site. They said The decision is final and I cant tell you the reason. Its a business decision? Breach of Account Closure and Player Protection

How interesting. I closed my gaming account with them in April 2025. I received written confirmation that all of their sites were now closed to me and that it would no longer be possible to register with them using my personal details.In November 2025 by chance I logged into their site deposited money and played it. I only realized the following day that the account was supposed to be closed. I dug up the emails and contacted support. They said it was a technical error but that the money would not be refunded due to company policy.I filed complaints about the matter with the MGA and eCOGRA. This is a serious licensing breach on their part.

Im sadden by wildz. On the 13th of May I had2 verify my wildz account so i sent in my PDF bank statement showing my Name Address and my bank accountI then withdrew on the 21st May $100 28th May $150 29th May $150 on the 9th of july they put $100 on my wildz account. Then they sed that the other 2 withdrawals will follow. It is now 1st August on the 26th of July they sed incorrect info was put in WAT incorrect info? Apparently they paid $300 to ACH what is an hu is ACH? Now they telling me the $300 is unrecoverable and it isnt their fault. Its mine for putting in wrong info. All I sent was my Pdf bank statement.so now its the 1st of August 2025 and closed my account. Due to them passing the buck. I have been with them 4 25years and thats how they treat loyal customers.
