Scam casino site. Wildworldcasino is a scam. They didnt pay for 30 referrals not a single penny. They then lowered my daily login rewards down to $0.10c. Now they restricted my login to say Something went wrong everytime I try to login. They fail to reply to customer support emails. The entire casino is a scam. They are registed in Delaware in the USA. You can report this social casino site for fraud. They are registered as: IGW Wild World LLC.

Complete scam!!!!! i actually managed to beat this casino and make a withdrawl one time after words they cut my daily bonus down to almost nothing .10 a day and i built up a roll and got 50 cents away from making another withdrawl and went on the longest most mathimatically impossible loosing streak ive ever seen until my account was back at zero again. no point in playing a rigged casino they can keep there little .10 cents. if you like playing blackjack and loosing 90% of the hands this is your place! but for me they have made it super obvious i will never make another withdrawl again. good luck to the rest of you i hope they didnt get you addicted.

I loved the fact that the first time I played any games on their website I ended up winning $100.00!!! I had a couple minor problems trying to request a redemption but it got done. Did get concerned when my redemption was still pending 5 days later but then it was denied. I tried customer service no response. But was able to get ahold of Dean thru the facebook page and he explained that redemption will only tale 5 to 10 minutes once I make a deposit. SO here we go....... IF/WHEN I scrounge up$10.00 to deposit into my account. I will be redeeming my winnings instantly. AND if I dont receive my full redemption in 5 to 10minutes All of TRUSTPILOT WILL HEAR ME LOSING IT BECAUSE OH THE BIGGEST LOSER CASINO And I definitely dont want be acting all crazy.

Wild world totally turned my opinion of them around. I would’ve bet my life at first that they were a scam but when I’m wrong I’ll be the first to admit it…. And I was wrong. I received the signup bonus which I believe was like $3. Ended up with about 40 times more than that and even managed to wager the required amount and clear it to redeem status.I completed the verification process and the banking setup and submitted my redemption.I checked it 2 days later and I could see the withdrawal in the history however there is no status of processing. So I reached out to customer service via their website “contact us” portal. Although it says they have live chat when you click on it your given a message that says “agent are offline please email”. So that’s what I did. Three days of emails actually. And not one response. Today I checked and the withdrawal was seemingly rejected and back in my play account. But still no email or even a reason as to why it was rejected anywhere on my account or via email. At this point I have checked the reviews myself and saw that people had this same issue and just never received their redemptions nor any response from their customer service. What else are you to believe but this is a dead horse and I’m prolly just beating it for no reason. I’ll never see a penny of those winnings. Well not me. What’s right is right so I decided to try and reach them via social media platforms and located their Facebook account. That was the golden ticket.I sent them a message via Messenger and got a prompt response. I inquired about my redemption and was told that because I was playing with bonus/promotion funds I was only allowed to redeem a max of $40. And thus my redemption was denied. This isn’t my first rodeo and I NEVER jump into anything without first reading the fine print. And I am certain it states absolutely nothing about that in their terms and conditions or their sweeps rules. So of course now I feel extra-scammed.I let the agent I was speaking to know that I’ve reviewed their terms and conditions and nowhere in it can I locate where it states such a rule.I was quickly transferred to another agent who deserves a medal of customer service honor Dean.Dean sent me with a quick blurb about how they are able to alter the amounts of a withdrawal from a promo at any time with out any notice. But before I could feel mega-scammed and begin firing back he stated he would be happy to honor the amount I was requesting and would process it immediately. That’s customer service! No back and forth no absolute denial. Just straight forward meet the needs of the customer do the right thing service. It’s a rare bird. I have been in the casino game for a minute and it’s EXTREMELY uncommon to be treated like a valued patron of their services as opposed to just another throw-a-way customer. I was given the confirmation of my approved withdrawal in a matter of seconds and boom one happy customer made! I have to give props to Dean in this though he knows how to make a loyal customer out of a sign-up bonus first timer to the site. I will absolutely return to Wild World and I would without a doubt recommend you do too.NOTE: IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE REACHING CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE WEBSITE REACH OUT TO THEM ON FACEBOOK MESSENGER. I could not get the games to load. Kept getting an error message stating unable to convert to USD and to contact supportwhich i did. First time only got a reply Wanting to rate their service. Nothing whatsoever had been done to correct the problem.So i wrote them again explaining this and requesting help again staring i would rate their service appropriately after they fix the issue and at that point they get 0 stars untill they did.I waited another week and nothing Was addressed and the same issue persisted . Again i reached out to them and got a reply wanting me to send a screenshot of the issue to that person on facebook ( though i sent a screenshot the 2 previous times requesting help ) I sent a screen shot explaining i no longer had facebook and that i had just received 17 yes 17 emails in a row all exactly the same asking for a rating of their service and i heard nothing more from them.The issue with the games not loading persisted only difference was i stopped getting my daily log in bonus as well. Which sits at 7 or 8 dollars that i cant even play because they failed to fix the issue i was having with games not loading. Its been over two weeks and no daily bonus now either. Now ill rate their service..It royally sucks. You dont deserve one star and im being nice telling you how worthless your site and support are Im sorry. This online casino is a SCAM. Half of the time the site does not load or work at all. The other half of the time you cannot get verified no matter how hard you try. This is all to prevent you from ever getting anything to cash out any winnings and they also just updated their terms and conditions so you can’t file a lawsuit if they don’t pay you!

Not able to redeem

I’ve had a terrible experience with World War Casino trying to redeem my winnings. Initially they told me there was an internal error with the Plaid redemption option and assured me it would be fixed in 48 hours. It’s now been over a week and the issue is still unresolved.I provided my cash app acct and my paypal account to them bc they claimed they could deposit into but they later backtracked and said they couldn’t process the redemption that way eitherWhen I followed up they said I could only redeem via crypto or Zelle. However their website doesn’t even offer a Zelle option and I don’t use crypto. They then suggested I use a family member’s Zelle account which felt extremely unprofessional and questionable.They’re still insisting on crypto or Zelle yet I’ve no real solutions.This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience and I can’t recommend World War Casino to anyone based on how they’ve handled my situation. I was scared since I read the reviews here about 24-27 hours ago however I wrote them an email inquiring about my usdc withdrawal and I got a reply a few hours ago i just checked before bed and boom mj 600 minus 6 bucks for gas fees is there in my wallet! I was referred by a friend who told me that he signed up played with the free money and was able to successfully cashed out $12 via BTC. So I decided to give a go and after signing up I played for quite a bit but after leaving the BAD SANTA slot every game I try to play now gives me an error whenever I attempt to play. My advice would be to deposit your money somewhere else if you don’t want to just give it away.
