Was the best casino around and it got even better! I complained about their support staff for several months because they use to do the things like when I found a bug that caused me to lose money and reported it they didnt reimburse me and blamed me but thats all changed. They have the best support in the biz hands down (Im looking at you PepeLePew even though you lock me in censorship jail sometimes your still my favorite). I cant believe they went from the very very bottom to the level that is leagues above anyone else. Its like your talking to support from a 5 star luxury resort they dont even have any competition. The one thing I wish they would do better is Ive found and accurately reported 4 bugs in their software 1 problem with their t/c and 1 or 2 problems with their tournaments (Im basically the quality control manager) but they never have given me free spins $50 bonus etc. I only mention that because other places will do this a lot of times so Im starting to feel like an unpaid employee at this point. I made an account with no VPN as I don’t want to run into any problems at any casino I’m going to deposit my hard earned money into. I had read over a hundred reviews from US players here on trust pilot most of them with responses from the casino staff so they obviously know they’re US players. When I went to deposit there was nothing to stop me. I’m glad I read enough negative reviews that it made me question if I should deposit so I asked support if I could play and redeem being from the US…and after they typed and deleted a response multiple times they finally responded that I could not and my account would be closed. So they knew I was from the US when I signed up (pragmatic games are no longer allowed in the US and they weren’t accessible from my profile though other games were) I entered my home address not to mention they have access to IP address location obviously. They’ve also been sending me emails daily trying to entice me to make a first deposit with different bonus offers..you know to my IP address in the United States and my account with a US address in my profile. So they would allow me to deposit and lose my money no problem but if I would’ve won and went to redeem my winnings this review would be even more in line with the other people they’ve deceived and stolen from. They could block players from prohibited jurisdictions from even signing up if they wanted. The software has been available for a long time now and is used by actual legitimate casinos in the industry.
