I had a very frustrating experience with WildCasino.ag. After hitting a big win the game suddenly started freezing and malfunctioning. Every time this happened it seemed like my balance was affected and I ended up losing money during the glitches. It felt extremely suspicious and unfair.I reached out to customer support about the issue but I never received a clear answer or any real help. I am giving them 2 stars for now!! I really like the games. But I feel their additional verification process is not the best. I try to withdraw the money I won after having a lucky night. First I had to wait 3 days for my credit card used to clear I am guessing. So I wait the allotted time and then bam!!! Hit with a request for additional docs ok great!!! Here you go! Then of course the docs are not clear enough gor them so I resend them multiple times! Finally I guess that worked then they requested a video of me with the docs!!! Provided that!!! It’s been 8 days so far from the time I won my money! I feel that is a long time when it takes just minutes to make a deposit!!! Hopefully I will hear back from them soon!!! Will update this review at that time!!

I see that they only respond to good reviews not the people that lost money. I deposited $100 from my debit card and won money. I was happy until I went to withdraw my winnings. They make it almost impossible. They say you have to wait three days I did and then it didn’t give me an option to put the money back on my debit card only bitcoin and cryptocurrency seems to be the way they want you to cash out quick to take money but not to return it where they got it from. Do not use this online casino you will get burned. RV

As far as offshore casinos go its been my favorite also one of the only ones ive ever used.
