Hello my name is Fırat Arslan. I would like to raise a complaint regarding wbahis.com a company operating in Turkey. I deposited 6800 TL on the site on October 20 2025 and received a 1000 TL bonus as a 15% deposit bonus. The attached announcement and general betting terms and conditions state that the total wagering requirement is one-time principal and one-time bonus. However after Ive earned a win they claim my wagering requirement continues forcing me to wager a total of 30592 TL. Despite this Im still being asked to wager claiming my wagering requirement is still ongoing and my withdrawal request is restricted. I kindly request a solution to this issue. Thank you.
