My story — $1500 stolen
Im a regular player been here about 8 months. Deposited thousands over that time had some wins some losses. Never had issues until last month. Won $1500 on a live dealer game. Requested withdrawal. Then the nightmare began. First they asked for documents — sent them. Then they said additional verification needed — sent more. Then they asked for proof of income — sent bank statements. Then they said my documents were insufficient and closed my account. $1500 gone. Ive sent over 20 emails talked to live chat countless times. Same copy-paste responses. Do not trust this casino. Im spreading this story everywhere I can to warn others.

They charged hidden fees on withdrawal
Won $1200 and requested withdrawal. When it finally arrived after two weeks of delays they had deducted $240 in processing fees. These fees were nowhere in the terms and conditions. I never agreed to them. Support said standard practice and refused to refund. This is theft — they delayed my payment for weeks then stole 20% of my winnings(

Deposited $1000 over several weeks built up to $3500 with careful play. Requested withdrawal. Account immediately locked. Support asked for source of funds documents. I provided bank statements showing legitimate income. Then they asked for proof of address — provided utility bills. Then they asked for video verification — did that too. Now they claim my documents are not sufficient and have stopped responding. My account is still locked with all my money inside. This is theft. Ive lost $3500 to these criminals.
