Worst customer service
Worst customer service I have paid with coins to get some free spins never could access them they got me to log out clear my cache restart my computer still had the same problem they said they gave me free spins on another game I havent seen them in my bonus hub. They kept sending me emails always asking me to do the same thing over and over again. I have asked them to close my account well got another email again asking me to clean my cashe again log out restart my computer. As if i hadnt done that before. Close my account Ill play elsewhere if you cant spare free spins to give to a customer.

You won’t be able to withdraw money from this casino.
After a whole difficult verification process of my documents asking me a whole of things that doesn’t even make sense which like:Name and destination name with my crypto deposit ( which is impossible because is something private from the blockchain) my name transaction ID and all this stuff within the same document they denied my withdrawal for 5 times already.Asking for new documents everyday.Do not ever play on this casino.

Stay away! Paid today €40 by Pay by Bank. It was taken from my bank account but never put onto the gaming account. Cheap excuses keeping you thinking they do their best blablabla! Cheaters around the time!
