I deposited a total of approximately…I deposited a total of approximately 140000 HUF and then won that amount back which I wanted to withdraw.I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Verde Casino. I deposited 140000 HUF and while I had winnings when I wanted to withdraw my money I couldnt because they said something was wrong with my account. Then they informed me that I had entered my birth date incorrectly which led to my account being suspended. I only made a mistake of writing 1982 instead of 1972 but that was enough for them to reject my request completely.The most frustrating part was when I contacted support again the representative suggested that if I accept the 20000 HUF they would give me to play they would reactivate my account; otherwise it would remain blocked. Its outrageous that in a situation where my money is at stake they say something like that.Ive been to many casinos before but Ive never had such a bad experience. I will not give up because my money is my money and I will defend my rights. I will go to the consumer protection agency because not only have they deceived me but many others as well.I do not recommend this casino to anyone!
