I deposited $10 and they claimed to have only received $9.99 and told me that I need to make another $10 deposit. Hope this saves at least one person some of their money.

Vegas wild was enjoying it on bonuses until i had a win they eventually payed it out then blocked me from any further bonuses. I asked them why and made excuse its dwn for maintenance 4 wks bs i told them i had last laugh took 1600 of you now close my account they nt happy with me lol but hmm review its ok for bonuses until you win. And withdrawl is stupidly long and tedious they want a printed in and outs of what you spent on site signed and a statement they want you to write and send to them by email. After winning 7000 euros and sending all relevant documents to get the withdrawal waiting longer than they said I ended up going back on it and losing 4600 so I collected 2400 euros to be finally told that I’m only allowed to collect 510 euros (less than the amount I put in) pretty much told me to suck it up buttercup. I withdrew it and the system let me do so as I had satisfied all of the bonus gaming requirements.They then after a week only sent me £200. I had to email to ask why and then got a call giving me some absolute nonsense of excuses. They are thieves beware! Use any other site do not go on this one!!!

Harmful to those with gambling restrictions.Ive gambled with this site successfully for a few years never had an issue withdrawing although their verification process is quite lengthy.Ive decided I no longer want to gamble so have placed restrictions on my bank account and use services like GamStop to reduce my temptation.This is the only site Ive come across where theyre somehow able to circumvent my banks restrictions. When I spoke to my bank and asked why I was told that they rely on companies using the correct merchant codes to be able to identify the transaction as gambling. Clearly this site is intentionally falsifying their merchant codes for this very reason. When their live support was made aware of this I was told I am sorry but these are all false accusations I closed permanently your account take care we do not work with gamestop.My account was instantly deleted.I also find their claim that they dont work with GamStop to be hilarious since its specifically mentioned on their Responsible Gambling page.

Took money from bank but said transaction declined. A week later they said our mistake and credited my account. It just happened again and this time they are denying all knowledge I just had to report transaction as fraud!

I have always used this site and the bonuses never had a problem with payout till now won over £1000 last week requested £950 of it only to receive £420 when I asked where the rest of my money is they said it was to do with the bonus I keeped trying to say that I always use this bonus and always receive full payout he then said he is not going to discuss the matter anymore.
