I started using Vegastars and depositing money when I wasnt fully verified which was not the best idea and I won $40k on it. After I had won the $40k my account said it was fully verified and the money went from processing to paid. Not long after I checked again and it said that the withdrawal was declined and there was a problem with my *proof of payment* document and I needed to re-upload another document. I uploaded a bank statement that they had told me to I followed every step properly and then they sent me two warning emails saying that it was the wrong bank statement and it didnt follow the terms and conditions and that if I did it again the money would be confiscated.They did not give me a chance to upload a new document because as soon as they sent the warning email my money was gone from my account. I deposited $1800 of my own money into Vegastars without an issue but as soon as I won $40k they didnt want to pay it. Id recommend not using.

Very difficult verification process. Took ages to initially complete verification as I had loaded the documents but they were not checked for days. Then wanted more documents. Then after using the site and depositing and withdrawing suddenly they wanted bank statements loaded on to verification.

On the 12-02-26 I had made a withdrawal of $200 and I was needing to verify my proof of payment I know my dumb self has withdrawal it to a closed bank account. Rang the bank and they said I had no account with the bank anymore and that it should reverse back to where it came from. Try to get verified to withdraw money and no matter what i supply they say cant be verified. I have supplied my drivers license. Bank card and still wasnt enough to verify address so then bank statement and still no. Dont trust this site. They will only take money.
