Why is this site still allowed to operate after all these reviews saying same thing I was playing through my bonus nearly completed the wager I was only on track to win like 20 quid at most near end of my wager I get cut out from site and email arrives saying account suspended contract customer services for more information contacted customer services and the Muppet would not tell me why at all didnt want to just said we can close anyones account at any time so basically I called this Muppet out and said its because I was near to completing my wager and the wouldnt answer me. These are scammers avoid whish I had read these reviews before going on this site. I believe karmas a b*** they will get whats coming to them.

Tried to withdrawal was told there was an issue with my bank I spoke to my bank they said no issues then was told I’d have it within 1-2 hours never got it then was told it was my bank again sent proof to them it wasn’t my bank and what my bank said. Spoken to like rubbish by the people on the live chat. No help or communication. Now been told I have to wait again to probably be told it’s a bank issue again stay clear.

I sent them all the documents that they requested ID was succeeded proof of address the same payment proof as well and other documents pending. Now they asked me again for proof of payment. From “succeeded” is changed to “failed”. How is possible something like that?

Opened an account with Vegas Mobile Casino made a bet won £40 (£20 of which was my stake returned) submitted all forms of ID still no pay out over a week later. Have been told on numerous occasions that my withdrawl is in review with no way of being able to contact anyone in the review team. Was told by their staff that this was normal practice and that there was no timeframe in when my withdrawal can be released. Steer clear.
