Only one win per deposit. I signed up and deposited $20 and lost it deposited another $20 and won back my $20 then i win $125 from a spin. I raise my bet to $1 and try like 15 different games and not a single one pays out anything. $165 gone call it a day. Next day deposit $20 win $70 and then every single game after that only loses. Put another $20 in and the exact same thing happens win $70 and then everything goes dead. It seems like you only get one win per deposit. I am not going to keep depositing money to test this theory. I already put a request in to close my account. Losing $80 to them was enough. Unfortunately I never tried to withdraw anything so I am not even sure if I was able to.

An absolute nightmare of a site. I made a withdrawal 6 days ago and it was cancelled today. Live support is ai rubbish and keeps telling me that it is in queue for withdrawal and then cancelling. Stay away!

As you may have noticed from my previous feedbacks on Trustpilot I have reviewed a number of online casinos... Let me start Saying that vegasino is not recommended. You will end up contacting customer support multiple times for the same issues cash out can take up to 72 hours to be processed and you will end up contacting support multiple times verification process is troublesome wager on deposits? If you deposit anything you cant cash out until you wager your deposit for instance if you deposit 10k and you win 50k you will not be able to cash out YOUR 40k until you wagered 10k... Really stay away from Vegasino it has been advertised with very high scores on multiple websites but its paid advertisment one website scores vegasino 99/100 ... RTP are all the same for other more reliable and trustworthy casinos as they share the majority of the same games (needless to say that some casinos are runned by the same company) ... I cannot recommend Vegasino unless you fancy some great headaches... Please read my previous feedbacks if you are looking for a decent online casino

I signed up as a new player and everything was in German at the beginning. I deposited 30$ can. And played 2 drops of the crab game because it was the first thing that was on the screen....obviously not being able to understand that 2 souns cost me 30$...!!!!extremely disappointed mad feeling misled..I spend thousands on good casinos like betonred spin and winspirit to name just a few...Ive never seen this kind of blatant bait and switch before. This is the first time Ive had such a terrible experience with a betting company. Like any other company they asked for my username and password to authorize the €40 I wanted to deposit. Everything was fine up until that point. Days later I checked my bank statement and saw that I had been charged €50 three days in a row without my authorization.The first thing I did was contact my bank to cancel the card and change my passwords. I also sent a message to Vegasino on October 7th to report the incident. They asked for photos of the charges which I provided and I asked when I would get my money back and what the process was. They replied that they had forwarded it to the finance department and that they would process it as soon as possible.To this day I havent received a refund. I contacted them again and they gave me the same answer. Beware everyone! Im sure Im not the first person this has happened to. My bank informed me that some fraudulent companies do this on purpose.
