My initial review was reported by VagasSpins.I opted into a 100% deposit match bonus. I played and won nearly £800. I spent over £300 of my winnings to meet the 40x wagering requirement. When contacting the support team to question why my wagered amount wasn’t changing I was told I would receive a email response as the message feature support was unable to deal with my query. The live chat was not working after multiple attempts. I contacted the message support team after not receiving any response by the next day. Again I was told that I would receive an email from the customer service department. This did not happen. I decided to make another cash deposit to see if that would contribute to my wagering requirement. After realising that the following cash deposit and winnings did contribute to the 40x wagering requirement. I made further cash deposits. I wagered a total of £532 cash balance which showed on my account overview. To my surprise my remaining £486 bonus funds did not convert into my cash fund. I tried many many times again to contact customer support via live chat with no success whatsoever. When contacting the customer support via the message service again I was informed by the team member that I would only receive the initial £10 bonus match into my cash funds and the remaining £476 would be lost as bonus funds have no money value at all. So I spent well over £300 in bonus funds and also spent £532 in cash balance expecting the full bonus amount to be converted into cash. AS STATED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. And as it would do with any other online casino company. I have still never received any emails from customer service and I have not received any funds at all. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!! I have been robbed and I have never experienced anything like this before. Negative Reviews are reported. Please be aware

Very slow to verify documents and very slow to pay out . I found the site easy to navigate and deposit funds however the withdrawal process is one of the worst I’ve encountered. Personally I’d stick to the bigger more well known sites so you don’t have the inconvenience of having to continually email with slow respibse times.
